In 2013, Jeannie's daughter's life changed when Jeannie was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Inspired by her mother's journey to heal naturally through diet and herbal products, she founded Jeannie's Jarz. Witnessing the positive impact of specific foods and drinks on her mother's energy levels, she knew she had to share their experience. Jeannie’s Jarz was born to emphasize the importance of healthy eating and mindfulness about what we put into our bodies. Preventive maintenance is key. Jeannie's Jarz believes that Preventative maintenance on the body is very important to keep yourself healthy. Eat leafy green and colorful vegetables. Drink half your body weight of water daily. Take a brisk walk if you can not exercise. Cut back on sugary foods and drinks. Limit your intake of meat, more veggies instead.
